Help!!popping out the exhaust

Hey all,
This is a new build....76 ironhead   S&S stroker 74 inch Hi-4 ignition  S&S super E   all new. First start kicked it over 3 times without key 
on, turned on key,  fired right up. Ran it for one minute...shut off.
Let it cool off, kicked it 1 time without key .key on  started first kick......  If I try to roll on the throttle  it pops out the pipes  Suggestions and advice are greatly appreciated

The popping out the pipe on my evo turned out to be a cut intake manifold seal.  It showed up with WD-40.

I'd check advance first.  what about jetting, if too big... you may be over carburetored

try rolling the throttle with the choke on.if she still pops check the timong and the pushrods.Salty
