Vance and Hines Rusted Black pipes

Does anyone know what we can use to refinish black pipes to get the rust off them and keep them from rusting. We refinished them this past weekend with 2000 degree header paint and by yesterday surface rust was already starting to form. Thanks in advance, Moses

Ceramic coating... it's not cheap but it's a lot tougher then paint.

What about wrapping them? Pro's/Con's

i would not wrap them the heat and getting wet and dry seem to make the pipes brittle i broke a thunder header using it i would just sand them and use paint for a bbq grille i did and been holding up fine for the last 2 years i just do a touch up once in awhile
