Don't think so, it's Penndot (Pennsylvania Dept. of Transportation)
Story goes that the Penndot crew along with the road super went to a job.
The super said you'all forgot the shovels.
The super added, I'll get the shovels, in the meantime, you guys lean against each other till I get back.

   What was it?  6 or 7 years ago a Penndot crew black topped over a dead deer laying on the road!  Newspapers and lcal Tv channel news even got it on tape! Was a big ballywhoo all across the state....
guess they are so used to pot holes the idea of a Big lump UPWaRDs of black top was too much to pass up!

She says, "what", I tell her that road kill we just past, then she hits me on the back of the head and says, "that's gross".

Now all I say is, "there's.........and she hits me.
Skunks are on the move now, but never been that hungry.
