2006 98" Tuning questions

I'm building a high compression 98" motor and plan on using my thundermax tuner. My bike still has the 8* injectors and this is limiting my choices of canned tunes.

In comparing the 8* tune I'm currently using and the 25* tune that matches my planned build, I see the fuel tables are WAY different between the 2 maps.
Is this because of the injector or the build itself?

I'd like to get a decent tune setup, let it autotune for a few hundred miles, and then get some dyno time to fine tune the bike.

Change your injectors to the 25* and run the map that matches.
