Bendix carb question

Just picked up a Bendix carb with no throttle cable bracket. 75 & earlier I think. Trying to install on 78 flh, but no bracket. How was bracket configued on earlier models?

     There's a single pull bracket that bolts to the top carb mount stud on the back side of the intake manifold, #22 on [attach=0]  schematic. Bill
