New bars- longer harnesses?

Putting a 37" wide Wild1 handlebars on a '94 fatboy, so do I need to extend the harnesses using the cut and splice method? Can extended harnesses be purchased like cables and brake hose? Thanks, D.

You can either buy longer harnesses and splice 'em in or new switches with 4 foot harnesses attached.

The 4' harness w/ new switches, is that an HD item or someone else?

That would be somebody else. I should point out though that I have been running aftermarket switches for about 6 yeas with zero problems. Been on my sons bike for the last couple of years. Might be a crap shoot I don't know but if I had any problems I wouldn't have even mentioned 'em. I wouldn't hesitate to go with 'em again.

Look around on E-Bay. I saw a complete wiring extension kit that plugs into the stock wires.
