:duel: After going through an O2 sensor and severed wires causing the Autotune device to be inoperable, I got frustrated and installed a SE Pro Super Tuner for my 2002 FXSTDi w/ SE CVO 103" engine, 50 mm TB, Andrews TW55 cams and Thunderheader 2:1 pipes. This is a CVO 103 with no head work (9:1 CR), and dynoed 96.20 HP/ 102.46 lbs.TQ. Installing the SE Pro Tuner to my stock ECM, introduced me to frequent Rev limit engine icons (B-motor blues). My Autotune wiring has been repaired, but don't want the potential tech issues. I'm thinking about having Zippers map/ tweak-out the older model Thundermax ECM (without Autotune and O2 sensors),dyno to compare performance results; and use them as primary and back-up ECMs.
