Exhaust decibel fine

Hi guys,,,

Is there in the market some device that can reduse noise
when I run into a traffic control ,, I think of some kind of
valve,, actuated by  wire or electric,,

Free flowing exhaust is wonderful but expensive..

On a bagger you could get late model mufflers which are very wide open with exception of the pinched tube at the exit.  Take a hole say, drill out the pinched part, then if you got pulled over you could go back and drive a freeze plug into the tube.  Obviously this would not work for situation where you drive into a noise trap.  Supertrapp open cap swap to closed cap installed when you are heading into a problem area..   

It's a tough situation to deal with.  :-(
