I used to go thru that tunnel every day on my way home from work when we lived in Redmond, would hate to have someone like that run up behind me while I was on the bike!

In the wind, yup.  it's like a slow moving earth quake or something,  the bridge feels like it is moving under your wheels... prolly cuz it is.... Then again, that was 30 years ago and i don't remember too much.....
It slid 112 feet and I had no road rash

I can tell you that both the 520 and I-90 floating bridges here can get real dicey when it is windy.  Nothing like leaning sideways into the wind on your bike, and, hopping up and down with the bridge at the same time.
