I have a RevTech 100'' engine with engine number 5850504654, does anyone know if this is a GEN II or III?

Does anyone know if the compression chambers (volume in cc's?) in the cylinder heads are shaped like stock H-D EVO heads with flat top pistons?

Did contact RevTech Europe, the couldn't give me an answer because the engine was sold in US, and I can't find any contact info (besides snailmail) for CCI US.

I called a few places ONLY to find out IF motor bought from them,Yada yada...

I tried to look at Custom Chrome/rev-tech but no way to contact them... :fish: As custom chrome owns rev-tech I was told...

Suggest a Bore Scope... Looking inside thru the spark hole would tell you IF flat-tops of raised pistons are there...

Sorry, Best I could come up with. :banghead:

I'm not able to see the shape of the compression chamber with my bore scope, and yes, I know I can disassemble the head to have a looksee, but I was hoping to save my customer a little labor. I guess its cheaper to disassemble the head than buy a new borescope :-)

My old rev wreck was a 2003 gen 2 engine # 5850504026
D shape exhaust 1.940 intake 1.610 exhaust
76 cc chambers
head bolt pattern is wider spaced
4 3/8 stroke x 3 13/16 bore 10:1 advertised compression

based on my heads
if you have the heads off ...put new guides in .

Pretty sure the Gen 3 100" had the later style rocker covers.
But what do I know? I drive a party bus.
