02 1200C - What is it worth?

I have an 2002 1200 custom that I would like to sell. Kelley Blue blook says it has it listed as $6065 retail and $4415 trade in. NADA says $5480 Average retail and $4210 low retail. What should I list it at? Has anybody bought or sold one recently? Any input would be greatly appreciated. I am in Iowa if that makes any difference.

I would say $5000 would be what it would bring around my area.
