what is the best way to clean a motor on a 03 Deuce and keep it looking good?

S100 engine bright from the dealer works pretty good.  http://www.s100.com/s100_eb.htm

I agree.  S100 keeps on looking nice and black, but is expensive.  If you can find Pig Spit, it works as good, comes in a much bigger can, for a few dollars less.  Walmart used to sell it, but stopped carrying it.....When they did,  I just started using CRC Silicone.  It works as good as the others but is even cheaper per can.

I've had good luck using Simple Green as well, especially if you accidentally got some wax on your black engine parts and it turned white on you.
