I would like to know what the wht/grn wire from the turn signal module to the speedometer powers.

Just a guess, but it's probably a speed reference signal from the speedo to the turn signal module, so that the module knows when to turn off the signal.

Thanks....that means without turn signals that wire is no longer needed.

OK....problem.Speedo is not working.Red from sensor has no current....black from sensor has no ground...not sure about sensor output yet.I have removed turn signal module and eliminated the w/gn wire.Where does the sensor get its ground and 12volt power?Diagram shows red from sensor 12volt.White from sensor, sensor output.Black from sensor ground. The diagram shows wires going directly to speedometer.

FSG

Red to the VSS is Power, 12VDC from the Speedo to the VSS, measure voltage not current

Black to the VSS is Ground from the Speedo to the VSS.

White is the VSS Speed Signal to the Speedo.

The VSS is supplied with Power & Ground by the Speedo

Check the Accy Fuse is OK and the Speedo has Power.

Thanks once again Sir.I didn't notice an accy fuse anywhere in the diagram but will recheck.More then likely that is where the problem lies.
