Do an ECM read and load it up on FM's site, they will send you the license within minutes. That was my experience.

There are some manual steps/checks we go thru when we generate the license, essentially to ensure everything is correct before payment is captured, however in most cases we process tune licenses within a half hour as long as it is submitted withing business hours. License requests on weekends or outside business hours are generated immediately the next business day.
