Part number help please?

I've got the parts manual for my bike on my computer, but cannot for the life of me find a couple numbers I need. I'm hoping someone here has a paper manual and can help me out. Bike is a '99 Ultra, but these parts are probably the same for numerous years/models.

First one is a metal clamp that holds all the wiring harnesses in place. It goes on the right side of the frame, up by the neck, and is held on with one bolt.

The other number I need is for the two little rubber pieces that slide over the front mounting ears on the gas tank. They're flat little things that I guess you could call a gasket. They slide over the ears, and have a hole through 'em for the mounting bolt.

I hate to be such a bother, but I'm about ready to place my order for all the reassembly odds n' ends, and I like to just order everything by number. Thanks in advance to whoever can help.

Might be 68750-93.  It's on the page showing the frame.

On a FLHR that would be 70999-94, I believe.  But you have an Ultra...

my 04 book shows the clamp as 69318-02 held on by 4124

TRIM, Fuel Tank, P/N 70999-94, is listed as only used on FLHR's.

By 2004, might be more wires going through that clamp, thus maybe a bigger clamp...

True, but the '02's also used 68750-93 held on by 4124
