oil passing to intake

I have a 2014 sportster custom, changed ex.pipes and high flow intake ever since then i have oil leaking out of my intake filter

A very common problem.
First, don't "lug" the engine. Keep rpm's up a bit while cruising.
Second, re-route the breather tubes to go outside of the filter, and drain into a catch can, or to the ground.
The new style of filters make this more difficult, but many here have done it and hopefully will describe their solutions, with pictures.
Mine is an older style and doesn't apply to your filter.

Also, don't overfill the oil tank.  A little above half way on the stick is all that is needed.
