I have a 2006 FXSTD/I Deuce with a stock 21x2.15 and have been offered a 21x3.5 Breakout front wheel.

I can't get the wheel before paying for it due to distance involved so I can't offer it up. Before I do anything I thought I would ask on here if it will fit, if it's not a direct swap would it be just a case of changing the bearings and spacers?

Any info would be appreciated.

djl here on HTT has done that swap.  He had bearing adapters made (don't use the Vulcan ones) and the spacer for each side sized for the application...not too tough.  The fender choices are limited as far as ones that are wide enough and mount to vertical bolt holes like the Deuce legs have.   -Rick
