yeppers.. not the outputs or the inputs.. it's the power supply itself causing the issues.

So I am a little confused. Is the NVX amp good or not so Much???

good little amp yes.. puts out more than rated power by manufacturer specs but not as much as Sonic Electronix states with their SMD Amp Dyno.

Also appears to not interfere with FM reception but your mileage may vary (YMMV)

I just ordered the NVX to run four Kappa's 62.11I's. I mainly ordered it because of its size. Do you think there is a better amp that will fit in the 15 RGS? I sure don't mind sending it back and I sure wouldn't mind more power.

you'll be fine with the kappa's - if you had 4 ohm speakers, I would tell you to return.
