ANy body know how many decibles 1 3/4 drag pipes put out at idle on a stock twin cam?

Probably not a lot MP, but I hope you kept your stock pipes.  A lot of cities are clamping down on illegal mufflers.  There are simply more non riders than there are riders and the non riders are complaining. Hope you can save yourself some grief.

Too much horsepower is almost enough.

Had a set on my '01 RK. They sounded fantastic (to me!) at idle, cruise and WFO. However, they are NOT quiet, or legal, at idle, cruise or WFO. They sounded better than 2 inch open pipes like Vance and Hines short or long shots, but they will get you stopped by the popo any time they want. Your neighbors will not like straight drag pipes. But like I said, I thioght they sounded the way a Harley should.
