Picking cam

I have a 1990 fxrp with .020 cylinders stock heads and am installing weisco 10:1 pistons possibly doing head work when funds allow. Looking a Andrews cams and was wondering which would work better the ev27 or 46 plan on riding solo town and street. Also using s&s hydtalic tappets if that's any count.
