2014 street glide aftermarket speakers

Hello everyone
I am currently installing some new speakers in the front and speakers in the lids. I went with the Paul Yaffy set up and unfortunately they have not real eased any good instructions for installing the speakers or wiring. Has anyone installed this kind of set up? 

I got the front speakers in and mounted the amp right now.  The lids are mocked up and will be sent out to paint this week. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
