SERT Tune Again???

i had my bike sert tuned over the winter. my question is i just got a new set of pipes and i was wondering if it's going to throw my tune off that much?? i got the bike tuned with a set of python3's on it and i just changed the pipes to hooker troublemakers.  is it going to hurt anything if i don't get it retuned?? and if i get it retuned is it going to take as long as it did over the winter or will it not take very long at all since it was just tuned?? and do you think the tune is pretty close right now and just need tweeked alittle??
