Sena SMH10 Bluetooth pairing to BOOM 6.5

I am attempting, without success, to pair my Sena SMH10 headseat to my new Road Glide Special. I paired my Android phone with zero difficulty.

Here's something odd...my riding buddy has a '14 TriGlide, and he paired his Sena to his BOOM audio system. Then he got an upgrade, lost his pairing, and his Sena now will not pair.

Any suggestions?

If he did pair the Sena with the bike, it was an accident- the system isn't designed to pair with anything other than a few phones.
