2011flhx CVO stereo diagrahm

Iv got steroe diagrahms for ultras & such,none for CVO with lower fairing speakers. Got one that turns on and all the buttons work but no sound.

It sounds like (no pun intended) you have the typical Harmon Kardon sound board/chip failure. $8.00 part that will cost you $240 to have replaced.

That is a common failure mode. First though, make sure the intercom and CB are turned off.  If they are enabled and the vox or squelch is open and the com volume is down all the way, it will also act this way. If you pull the radio, look for dents on the bottom where the riser clamp bolts hit it. If it's marked, the radio may be damaged from this.

a little late I know but did you get this resolved?  An easy test would be to grab a test speaker and tie it temporarily to the outputs on the head unit which bypasses the amps on the CVOs.  That will tell you whether it's the head unit or one/both of the amps or speakers themselves.  From there you would then have to test for each speaker individually.

Yes sir,scoped the outputs they were dead,sent it to iron cross.
