2003 eg standard radio

Will a radio out of a 2010 eg work if installed in a 03' eg standard??
What would need to be done to make it work if it isn't plug and play ?
A guy wants to give me this radio if I want to use it.

Standard will without AVC. (although ICA may be able to reprogram that feature). None of the Ultra stuff will connect up (Headset, Passenger etc)
