Screamin' Eagle has CV44's and CV51's.  I think both are still available, 27934-99 and 27928-07A.  Not cruise control compatible though.  They did have a CV44 that was but it's discontinued.

Got an SE 44mm on my 93" shovel.  Might be a bit of overkill because it's coldblooded for a couple minutes.  Sweet runner warmed up though. The 40mm I had on before that seemed to run out of breath at the top.  I have no doubt a more knowledgeable guy could've made the 40 work fine.

Got a 44 on my 95" motor. Works great.

I have a Bob Wood Rebel 43.5 on my old 95" 04 RK, it has run great for years with it.

The Bob woods units are great, but a pretty pricey commitment. I use to bore out stock 40s' to a 42mm, and used older Kiehin butterfly throttle plates, worked out great for minor head mods & 95ci. builds. Harley has the 51mm in the SE books, but I believe they are discontinued & also the tuning kit for them, which is a must have. That's what I'm using on my 124, and is very user friendly. Harley has also discontinued the N65C needles, along with most all the repair parts for CV's.

Okay... thanks for all the input- but maybe I should clarify what I asked.

Building an engine (not Harley) that requires one side draft carb and will be 110" motor.  I have a 38mm CV on my 74" pan and love how it works. Have built a few for pals and they love 'em.

Now, this motor is not a hot rod, just will run strong. I think the CV platform is perfect for what needs to happen. I hope this helps you all in the recommendations.

In advance- thanks heaps!

To my knowledge, the largest stock is 40mm.

As posted above SE has (had?) 44mm & 51mm, the 44 is just a bored out 40 (same body), the 51 is a totally different piece. The hot setup is the ThunderSlide (plastic vs metal slide ~ much more responsive), I was surprised that (being a SE piece) the 44 came with the metal slide. The 51 comes with the plastic slide.

I've run all 3, the 51 is currently on the '01 Dyna...
