Need help. Tail lights and License plates assembly for a FLHX's parts number

Greetings to all
I have an 09 Police RK and I want to change the license plate location. In the P&A book there is a "relocation kit" but it is only to '08s. I think that an '09 FLHX's taillight and License bracket will fit. I need your opinion and if you think that will fit, where may I find the parts numbers.
