Actually, it's a fact that less than a decade ago, all bra manufacturers got together and agreed to size bras differently.  The average size was 34B and they felt that if that same size was called a C, they would sell more bras and women would feel better about the purchase.  Women are getting bigger, but bras are getting smaller as well...

When I first started riding Harley's in 1995, I had a 34 waist size. Now, they've changed the sizing so much, I've got to wear a size 40. I now have to wear a size XL jacket.

I noticed my plastic rain suit shrank too. Lousy cheap plastic.

On our honeymoon in the Caymen islands some years ago we saw a woman that just had some light weight material glued? to her boobs (no straps) in place of a bikini top.  Was hoping THAT was going to catch on but haven't seen one since.
