1993 Flht Exhaust

We are doing a frame up on a 1993 Electra glide sport with a SS 111 baker DD6 so on and on and I am looking to put a new exhaust system on it I wanted to run the ss power tune with some crushers but the power tune head pipes only fit back to 1995 why is that could I not just update the entire system with the newer stuff the frame is the same as a 95?

   Just as long as you use 95 and later mufflers you will be good to go.
