SE II vs SE II with removable baffles

80249-99 has removable baffles and the 80249-99a that doesn't. The earlier version has a similar baffle to the SE I.and isn't legal for the street while the other is. How loud is the first Gen vs. The SE I or the SE II Gen?

I've got SEII on my Evo. It has a non-removable baffle and "race only" on it. They're pretty loud, but a good loud. Not as noisy as drag pipes because what little baffle is in there helps keep the tinny sounds out. They're about as loud as my buddies TC with V&H Big Radius pipes on his if that helps.
