TTS loading for 09 road glide

a friend of mine just got an 09 road glide and did a few engine upgrades to a 103ci,257cams,ported heads. We tried to load the map that was close to his build but we keep getting "ecm does not match calibration" and it will not let us load the program. Any info would be greatly appreciated on how we can get this loaded. We have run the TTS updater and got all of the latest updates. We can load any of the 96" calibrations but why is it we cannot load in any of the 103 cals. We were trying to load in cal # NI176-002-B1 to no avail.

I believe for this year bike you will need to load a 205 application or boot loader.  Did you try UH205 or TW205?  I believe it should load one of these no problem.  They may not be an exact match but they would be a good start point for tuning.

Yes, a 205 Cal is required for that bike.

Use the 002-C2 version of whatever 205 Cal you start with.

Thanks for the information. What calibration would be used for an 07 Ultra, 103, 257 cam, ported heads , se 40mm TB?

See my post above, I would use the UH205 or the TY205 if I was tuning it on the dyno.

So the year does not make a difference with the 205 cals. One was an 09 and the other was an 07 in my second question. One is FBW the other is not.

2008 -2009  FBW (TBW) bikes...Touring models = 73 pin ECU, different coding etc. requires a 205 Cal.
2007 -2009 Cable Throttle Bikes...Softail, Dyna = 36 pin ECU, requires a 176 Cal.
