BT2180 Amp Terminals (Help Please)

So I installed the 2015 + up 2180 amp & speaker kit in my 2015 RG over the weekend. Everything works great but....I am going to add a pr of Polk 6.5" speakers in the lower fairings.
My question is how do you insert the speaker wires into the amp? I see there are little white locking type blocks where the wires need to insert into the amp,  but I have no idea which way to press or push these locks so the hole for the wire can be accessed. I don't want to force or break anything so I left it alone for now.
Any help is appreciated.  I've never messed with an amp that has these type of lugs.

push straight in and the mouth of the connector opens to insert the wires.
