Late Model Mid Control Conversion

I just acquired my first Sporty; a '14 Xl1200 C.  Can't get comfortable with forward controls.  In searching for mid controls, it seems almost all the kits and eBay takeoffs only go through 2013.  Does anyone know exactly what the difference is on the '14-'16 models and if earlier sets can be easily modified to work?  If not, where would you try to find some '14-'16 take offs?

Call the local dealer and see if he can hook you up with a customer that changed his to fwd controls or check out the gathering place see if anyone interested in a swap
