Took the dyna to the track Friday night . Got 3 runs in , my wife and daughter finally got over their fears and came down to watch me . My daughter filmed the first 2 passes , with some great commentary ! I ran against a beautiful KZ-1000 twice . He gave me a run for my money ! The track was slick and getting traction required your full attention ! The last run was against a full drag bike , i knew i was out classed but he jumped and i ran my best pass of the night . Here are some links to the videos

Get used to it-I've been mostly the only HD at T&T for over a decade...it's all good, as the faster you get, the more stock imports you start to beat up on, and word will travel very fast...
Most of the rest of the Harley crowd nowadays is saddled up at the local watering hole with their laminated dyno sheets bragging how fast their bike is...
Meanwhile, you are walkin' the walk-

BTW-
Bad ass...
Shift points look good, looks like you are going thru the traps in 1:1 gear close to max rpm?
Gotta keep working on launchin' it-clutch, tire, rider position, rpms-2 tents EZ waiting for you out of the hole which means another couple up top as mph increases.
Leave the line like nobody's business! Did you hear that sport bike bring up the revs next to you in the other lane and how hard that bad bitch launched? Rpms are stored energy you can store and release to your advantage.
Sure you will wheel stand at first or spin but adjust accordingly till you find your sweet spot-that bike deserves it!

Thanks Paul ! That means the world to me coming from you ! You are one of the guys that i look up to and all that youve achieved . No doubt i have to leave harder to get faster . Im leaving at around 3000 rpm's now , i have to get up around 4000 rpm or higher to really be fast off the line . Im trying to work my way up to that point and not end up on my a$$ as my bike is ghost wheelying down the track ! One thing to note is ive seen allot of the sport bikes at the track also have traction control . They rev the hell outta them and never spin a tire . I like the challenge of trying to be consistent without computer aided devices like traction control . Thanks for the advice Paul , its why i post my slips and videos on here . I get great advice from guys like you

Yeah, no doubt-traction control, dialed in slipper clutches, wheelies prevented and controlled by computer-hell even a dummy now can launch the new imports and get down the track.
Screw them, you are doing it old school...dealing with clutch issues, smokin' the rear tire, wheelies, all the fun stuff!
Harleys rule!

1.40's 60 ft-no computer or traction control, no bar, no slipper, no FI, no prep T&T crappy track, DOT tire-
