checked your fuses Ando?  There are 2 of them.  On the 11 models it's fuse # 4 and 5

looking at fuse block - top row, far right is #4
looking at fuse block - 2nd row, far left is #5

also Ando, got your PM.

If it turns out your radio is fine (or even if you replace it with another HD radio) - then check out http://www.coyote-industries-inc.com/

that will do what you want as far as BT is concerned.

Fuses all good just snuck out to shed and took a look

UltraNutZ

then the only other thing you can do is very you have power (use a meter or test light) and ground at the harness on the radio on the 23 pin connector.

Pin 10 - battery +
Pin 11 - ground
Pin 12 - ignition +
Pin 19 - ground
Pin 20 - battery +

make sure to check from battery to each of those grounds , 11 and 19.

if that all checks out, then you have a bad radio.

looks like the unit is shagged

just spoke to an electronics guy over here that is confident he can repair it, so I will look into that

cheers Mate for you assistance

Would those pin numbers be the same for a 2011 streetglide with a stock HK radio?

Thanks Dave

Well this was the OE unit in my bike that RXBob sent off. Took a long time with a local guy here in Oz to work out that it was water damaged. He fixed unit and RXBob fitted units his afternoon and hooked my amp and speakers back up and I have music again after months with a hole in the dash. Lucky it's Summer here now
