Old Fatboy Update

My dream of one day owning a Fatboy  remains a dream. After agonizing on whether to buy the 1991 gem I decided to let her pass. After talking to some others the price of $6500 was a tad high (one Indy I talked to gave a value of $4K on the bike and he's serviced it in the past). That was not the determining factor. The OL was pretty firm about owning just 2 bikes, so one of the ponies was going to have to go. I couldn't bring myself to part with the Ultra - it's taken me all over the country and Canada several times and will do so more in the future. And the 2002 RK is just too good a bike to let go. So it came down to live and be happy with what I've got. OR as my dad used to say: "Don't let your wants hurt you." Sound advice to all.
