I HAVE A NEW BIKE ISSUE...
It all began with the starter that got "stuck" (just clicking without engaging and turning the engine).
I fixed that and also got both the Starter motor and the Starter Solenoid:
So the starter works well however – as you can see in the movies (here: https://www.hightail.com/download/cUJXNU1IT2JoeWEwYjhUQw and here: https://www.hightail.com/download/cUJXNU1IT2J3NUs5TE1UQw)  something slips, it sound like somehting is spinning and not engagin with the engine... I was told that the starter shaft lever is slipping "It sounds like the Bendix may not be getting thrown out you may have some wear on the arm that is causing it to catch or an intermittent solenoid" (JP CYCLES MECHANIC) - http://www.jpcycles.com/product/380-078?redirectedKeyword=380-078&totalResult=1
HOWEVER  looking at the whole part price i am wondering if I need to actually order the whole thing....
also - if anyone has any experiance as to the manitude of work needed i wouldappreciate the advice as i plan to do this one by my own as well...
