Baffle mods?

So, I have Bassani Road Rage 2 into 1. Its not quite as loud as I would like but tune is pretty solid. I've already removed all the glass from around the baffle, made a big difference but still would prefer a tad louder. Too loud with no baffle at all, sounds like ass too....

Current baffle:



12.5 long

2.5 small end diameter

4 15/16 large end diameter

Thought of cutting a few inches off, also maybe drill multiple 1/4 inch holes through it?

Thoughts?

Not a bad plan, cutting it should change the tone.

Sometimes I wished I never messed with the baffles ended up sounding worse, but I cant leave anything alone
