First post here at the new digs...

Has anyone out there successfully adapted a late model quick release windshield to their old scoot? Of course I could pro'bly go figure it out but why reinvent the wheel if someone else has been successful?

it is a pain with stock because of the spacers and all, plus the bolt goes in instead of out of the mount so just putting a bolt into the mount bracket going out might speed things up enough. then just flex the shield over the bolts. ??
doesn't seem like it would be hard to take a stock road king unit and adapt. i had a '99 road king and loved having the option to take the thing off on hot days. j
