Positive intake pressure?

How are the supercharger and turbo chargers going to play with the OEM high compression motors? Any guesses based on the old school ideas for positive intake pressure? Has HD addressed the use of E-85 and other fuels on the fueling system? Possible TC fuel system upgrade with cheaper built parts??
What fuel mileage can WE expect with all the new M-8 upgrades?
Will it take a BS degree in computer programming to work on? or go the next step in self correction. "LIMP" "PUSH" "ON STAR"?
