There is a New map update for Infotainment system. If you have not done this before follow the link and read all of the How to Guides and then read them again then follow the directions.
Then watch video on getting the finger print from your bike. The Update is Free for CVO owners

Have you noticed anything different or improvements, with the update?

Yeah
I noticed today (after the download last night) that now my screen goes "off" without pushing the button and will not always power back up, either after a stop or underway pushing the button.
WTF??

I have the same issue on my limited.  You can get around it by pressing the Info button on your right grip and then when the info comes on the screen pressing the home button on the left grip.

I ended up loading the previous version back in, no issues now.

Version 1.20.1.

I think you guys are mixing this up my post was about the map update not the firmware update that you all just did and that Harley has pulled from the site because of a bug. So you need to go back to 1.20.1

Shouldn't dealer update map when delivering new bike, isn't that why they charge you those ungodly amounts of dealer prep?? I recently purchased a new Ultra Classic but it has the old 1.19.1 version, going in for 1000 mile service, guess I'll request an update and feel it should be a "No Charge" ??  Just would like some input as to whether they should cove the cost?

Thanks,
