I need help bad.....im still learning this bike stuff so bear with me.

Having trouble getting this thing setup correctly. I set the carb by s&s instructions and not really sure where i should be on the DTT setting(currently at 2 int & 2 advance). The engine runs extremely hot & blows smoke when i hit the throttle. Can you guys get me headed in the right direction......

33 low speed and 76 main shouldn't be horrible, maybe a bit lean for that big of an engine. Here's a good read that may help: https://www.sscycle.com/tech-info/instructions-data/carb-quick-guide
I'd start there.

That seems a bit soft in the ignition curve #2. Maybe try 3-4 and be mindful of ping. This is assuming afr is reasonable.
