Spark Gap

I recently purchased a 1953 Panhead springer on a rigid frame.  Been doing some work on it.  Replaced the cam shaft gasket, crank shaft sprocket seal and swapped out the rocker arm covers with the CCE finned rocker arm covers.  So far, no leaks!

I'm running an S&S Super E and replaced and am using a bird blocker with a screen.  So, I'm in the process of rejeting.

Before I get started with the jetting I want to replace the spark plugs with a fresh clean set for an accurate read.  The engine has iron head 80ci barrels.

The current plugs in the engine are Champion RN12YC.  My question is what is the appropriate gap that I should adjust a new set of plugs to?  Are the Champion RN1YC plugs recommended, preferred or is there a better recommendation.

.28-.32 should get it done. That is a good choice for the plugs.
