M&M Stage 2 Flash

Educate me on the changes involved on the Stage 2 flash with the M&M, I've read about the rev limiter raised and caught bits and pieces of timing change. WOT acts like timing is timing is retarded and advanced at roll-on by the amount of timing needed removed with a PC3.

If the 97-98 Stage 2 is different than the 99-01, I have the 97 ecm and Stage 2 was installed before I purchased the bike and any knowledge would be appreciated.
