hole in intake

took off heads  and was going over them and found a hole in the intake combustion chamber  form a  d ring screw I guess being too long. wondering if the screw with Loctite will seal up the hole or is it off to the machine shop I go

I'd weld it, then grind down smooth. Do it once.

You have the head off so it's a simple fix.
