Frame question

Hi,

My 1950 frame needs a tool box mount. On eBay, there are Weld on replacement mounts from V-twin and Teddy...the Tedds one includes a toolbox (on one auction) for the same price. Is there a mount that is more proper? I want to do as right as possible by this frame. I guess really, are there different ones that are more correctly made?
