late cv 40 off of twin cam

will a cv 40 off of a late twin cam work on an 883 sporty with a jet change?

Sure  but you will have to switch  the cable brackets

cool deal.  have all the parts just that the float bowl stands are broke and the main jet tube is broke off in the carb.

just trying to catch up on some badly neglected maintenance.  bone stock 883 with a Barnett scorpion clutch.  overkill??
have got it all squared away now.  new emulsion tube and replaced all the seals .
she runs good enuff for the girlfriend to get her feet wet.
had to put a muller power clutch in it for her too.  that Barnett clutch is tough.
