New Rear and Transmission sprockets

I'm changing my Tranny sprocket to 25 teeth instead of 23 and Rear wheel sprocket from 51 to 47.  Does anyone know what length chain I'll need after this change?  Can anyone recommend a chain tool for resizing my existing chain?   As always, thanks Gentleman!!
