Accessory switchs

My 2016 RGU has the blank accessory switchs just below the key. Can I use them to wire in a sonic deer horn? (Xp3 Hornet). I had the Nacelle off looking around, it appears that it's pre wired, each side had plugs that plugged into a blank switch. But I have no idea where to find the end to plug the  accessory into.

Don't know about 2016, but I have always found the plug under the seat.

So I have used the heated seat accessory already, I see this accessory plug in  that looks unused with the red clip in the picture. It has a green wire with black stripe, and a violet with blue stripe wire. What does it run?

no that's the California evap plug  if you look in harness there is a red with yellow tracker this is assessor wire out of bcm , the ones under the dash panel are for production and not used yet
