2014 Triglide Radio issues

We bought a used 2014 Triglide and the radio/navigation system won't stay on. We had it updated and it seems to be worse. Now only comes on for about 3 seconds. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions how to fix it? We took it to the closest Harley shop. It sat there for over 2 weeks and they never touched it, so we picked it up. Thanks for your help.
